Current Openings:
Seasonal Manager, Ardeche

A campsite set on the banks of the Ardeche, we host school, scout and family groups with up to 220 guests accommodated for a five or six night activity camping holiday. We are looking for a seasonal manager to oversee the safe and successful delivery of their holiday and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the centre.

On the campsite we provide the tented accommodation, meals, animations and organise external activities for these groups. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring that we meet or exceed the needs of each group, overseeing the preparation of accommodation and working with the head of activities to ensure the safe delivery of activities.

As manager you will work closely with head of the kitchen to ensure that meals and service are of the standard expected. You will ensure that the campsite and facilities are kept clean and tidy and that equipment is properly maintained. On the campsite is a small snack bar, you will work with the staff to ensure this is run efficiently

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
· Experience of seasonal outdoor industry/residential operations;
· Excellent people manager, trainer and motivator;
· Successful track record in a managerial position;
· Highly customer service orientated;
· Team builder and team player;
· Ability to solve problems;
· Knowledge of health and safety;
· Ability to manage budgets;
· IT literate
· Full clean UK driving licence.
· French would be an advantage.

Mid March / beginning of April – End of August 2025

Please note: if you do not hold a European passport / have the right to work in Europe then the position is dependent on us securing a work permit, you will then be responsible for applying for a working visa for France
